Tipperary Dance Platform’s International Residencies Exchange programme is designed to support dance creation and the development of international links in the dance sector in Ireland. It provides creation residencies and facilitates the encounter between Irish-based artists and our International partners Trois C-L in Luxemburg and Grand Studio in Brussels. The 2021 programme will support two projects from Ireland, and host one project from each of our international partner venues.
This open call is directed to mid-career or experienced Irish-based artists in search of space and opportunities to develop new European partnerships for their work. The opportunity includes a combination of three weeks of residence, in Tipperary and in one of our partners’ spaces in Trois C-L or Grand Studio. Designed for a maximum of three participants, each residence provides space, accommodation, a stipend for travel & subsistence, and opportunities to open artistic dialogues on your work. There are possibilities to host projects involving more than three participants, however the programme will cover expenses for a maximum of three people.
More about the residencies exchange programme
The TDP residencies program proposes a reciprocating exchange of residencies between TDP and Europe-based organisations: six residencies involving Irish-based and foreign artists.
